Jon Parr is a 26 year old Illustrator , Fine Artist, and Graphic Designer Living in the San Francisco Bay Area. He originally moved there to go to school at the respected California College of the Arts. There in the spring of 2001 he received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Illustration . His work has been published in magazines, Newspapers, Plaques, Posters, and now Blotter Art. He has also spent time developing characters for online multiplayer video games.
